必须避免工作状态下的过度预紧,否则轴承的疲劳寿命会显著缩短。另外,运行时过度预紧会产生大量热量,可能导致润滑问题和轴承的过早损坏。
承载区是对滚道承载圆弧的物理计量,直接反应了承担载荷的滚子数量。对于单列圆锥滚子轴承,长寿命对应的承载区大约为225度。图示说明了轴承在(悬臂)齿轮轴上的L10 寿命和工作游隙之间的关系。能够使轴承系统寿命理想工作游隙通常是在接近零到轻微的预紧这个区间内。
