设备运行机理：

药剂溶液制备过程是通过六个溶液箱分级逐步完成，溶液箱之间隔开，保证每个溶液箱内的*佳反应时间和恒定浓度。自动控制系统与箱体上的液位控制器相连，当液位达到中位时进水电磁阀自动打开，药剂输送机启动，药剂投加量按系统容积设定，已获得精确浓度，当液位达到高位时，此循环过程停止，当液位达到低位时系统报警，并输出低液位信号，此时检查进水系统（电磁阀、管路等）。
