主要性能和结构特点 / Main performance and structural characterisitics变压吸附制氮采用优质碳分子筛为吸附剂。 一定压力下，根据空气中氧分子的扩散速率更大于氮分子的扩散速率及碳分子筛同有的物理特性，利用氮分子、氧分子在通过碳分子筛时吸附量的差异，通过可编程序控制气动阀的启、闭，达到A、B两组吸附塔交替循环、加压吸附、减压脱附的过程，完成氧、氮分离，氮气的流量和纯度可根据用户要求调节。氮气纯度一次性可达98－99.99%，与氮气纯化装置配套后氮气纯度可提高到99.9995%，露点≤-60℃。
