硬質合金（鎢鋼）刀片使用說明及主要注意事項

   硬質合金具脆性特點，使用方法不當或操作失誤，往往造成刀片的意外損傷。嚴重者釀成危險事故，為正確，安全使用本產品，必須嚴格遵守下列使用注意事項：

●  聽聲檢查

刀片安裝前，用一手指鉤起刀片懸空，用木錘輕輕敲幾下刀片，辨聽聲音。

如發出濁音者，往往存在裂紋，凡這種刀片要禁止使用。

●  運行速度

剪刀機的工作轉速要限制在4500轉/分鐘以下。

●  刀片安裝

轉動軸與刀片中心要求準確對準，刀片安裝好後，不能有偏斜，安裝刀片要

仔細把刀片及機械安裝面清掃乾淨，不能留有切屑、粉塵或其他雜物，再固

定刀片。

●  安全防護裝置

刀片運行之前必須裝上防塵罩（刀片工作室四周應有擋板、鋼板、橡膠

                等保護層）。

●  試    車 刀片裝好後，要空車運轉5分鐘，仔細觀察，絕對不容許有振動或其他異常

聲音。如有，應立即停車檢查原因，方可使用。

●  刀片保管方法

嚴禁用電刻筆或其他劃痕方法在刀片上寫字或做記號。刀片刀刃很鋒利，

                但很脆，避免刀刃受到碰擊，待用刀片應妥善存放。不要隨便擱置。

product,Please apply the following instructions:

● Check by

voice  Before

fix the knife,clasp the knife with finger,knock it with wooden hammer and hear

the voice,if the voice is not clear,this knife may have cracks,this knife can

not be used;

●  Running Speed  The working speed of forfex machine must be

below 4500 per minute;

●  Fixing the knife  Axis of wheel should be in one line with the

center of knife,The surface of knife should be cleared very carefully before

fixing;

●  Safety defeng equipment The safety

defeng shade must be fixed before the machine runs;

● Trial

running  The

machine should run more than 5minutes before production,carefully check if

there is any bob noisy voice,if yes,stop the machine at once,and check the

reason;

●  Knife protecton You can not make marks

or write any ward on the knife by clectric carving oencil,the knife is very

keen,but also very crisp Avoiding being knocked
