针对发射机输出功率的下降,我们首先对机器面板上激励级图像变频器中的电位器进行了调整,尝试通过调节它来增大发射机的功率输出,但发现此时几乎无法增大发射机的功率输出,即发射机此时*大输出功率就在W左右,功率再也上不去了。根据此现象,我们组织有关人员进行了检修。根据以往的经验,检修人员首先检查了该部发射机此时六只末级功放模块工作电流的大小情况,通过检查,我们发现伴音末级功放模块的工作电流基本正常,而图像推动模块以及四只图像末级功放模块的工作电流均比原始记录要小得多,说明发射机的输出功率确实是下降了,并且问题可能在图像通道上。但通过对四只图像末级功放模块工作电流均同步下降的现象进行分析说明,故障的原因可能在激励器或图像推动模块中,是由于激励器或者图像推动模块的输出信号增益不够,从而导致了发射机输出功率的不足。
