PF反击式破碎机是腾重机械研究出来的新型破碎机，它的出现大大地扩展了破碎机的破碎理念，在吸收国内外先进技术，结合国内砂石行业及工矿条件的基础上而研制的新一代反击式破碎机。它采用*新的制造技术，独特的结构设计，加工成品呈立方体，无张力和裂缝，粒形较好。

PF反击式破碎机适合各种软、中硬矿石的中碎、细碎作业，主要由机壳、转子和反击架组成。转子具有更大的转动惯性，能耗低；采用高铬板锤，抗冲击、抗磨损，有效延长了易损件使用寿命。广泛应用于冶金、矿山、水泥、化工、耐火材料及陶瓷等工业部门，以及高速公路建设、水利工程、建筑碎石、机制砂加工等领域。

series impact crusher are designed for crushing ores and rocks with particle

size less than 120-300mm and compression strength no more than 350Mpa. It has a

feature of big crushing ratio, high-efficiency crushing, cubic shape,

selectable crushing and etc. It is suitable for the secondary step crushing of

different compression strength of rocks for highway, water conservancy, airport

construction and is widely used in mining, cement and concrete industries.

机器结构简单，主要由机壳、转子和反击架组成。通过起顶装置，可快速打开后机架，对机器进行配件更换维修操作；转子与主轴间采用胀紧套无键连接，检修方便，经济可靠。

工作原理:Working principle

本系列产品利用冲击能破碎物料。工作时，转子在电动机的带动下高速旋转，从进料口进入的物料与转子上的板锤撞击，受到板锤的高速冲击被破碎；破碎后的物料又被反击到衬板上再次破碎；*后从出料口排出。调整反击架和转子架之间的间隙可达到改变物料出料粒度和物料形状的目的。

The

impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter

the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow

bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then

the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This

process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and

discharge from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the

finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and

rotor support.
