应用安装范围 The range of application

连接和控制电缆适用于干燥或潮湿的室内，特别是工业使用环境下的各种电气安装。截面在0.5mm2及以上的作为控制和连接软线还特别适合用在机床制造、成套设备安装工程、电站、暖气和空调安装等场合。鉴于其特殊的柔性设计，它还适用于无应力缓释可强制引导的自由非连续性往复运动下的安装及固定敷设。（不作为拖链电缆使用）。

Working as connecting and control cable under dry or wet indoor situation, especially for kinds of electronic installation of industrial condition. The cable cross section area 0.5mm2 or upper could work as control and connecting cable in machine tool manufacture, whole set equipement installation,power station, belching and air conditionor installation. For its special flexibility, it could also work in installation or fixation.

由于聚氯乙烯机械性能好，电绝缘性能优异，化学稳定性好，并耐水，有一定的电绝缘性能。彩色芯线标识连接和控制电缆，产品性能佳，使用更安全。

For PVC’s high mechanical property, excellent insulation, good chemistry stability, water resistance. Coloured core identification cable has more excellent capability and safety service.

导  体：多股精绞无氧铜丝，符合VDE0295CLASS 5标准

Conductor: cooper acc. VDE0295CLASS 5

绝  缘：特殊混合PVC绝缘

Insulation: Speciall PVC insulated

颜  色：≤0.5mm 颜色表示,符合DIN47100

≥0.5mm 黑色数字白色号码编号,3芯以上带有黄绿接地线（可选）

Colour: ≤0.5mm Colour signed acc. DIN47100

      ≥0.5mm Black number with white series number, if more 3 cores will have yellow and green earth wire

内衬层：PP带或无方布包裹缓冲.

Inner layer: PP or non-woven for buffer

护  套：混合70度PVC护套,黑色(RAL9005)或灰色(RAL7001)

Sheath: PVC 70°C sheath, black(RAL9005)or gray(RAL7001)
