DMHX型单极安全滑导线是一种新型的向移动机械设备馈电的供电系统，导体为特殊配方优质铝合金型材，其外装护套采用特殊聚氯乙烯原料，起到防雨、防尘、防雪、防触电的安全作用。结构简单、安装维护方便，被广泛用于矿山、冶金、化工、机械、码头、货场等移动设备的供电线。    

DMHX single-pole safe conductor rail is a new type of power supply system, which feeds the mobile mechanical equipment with power. The conductor is the specially made excellent aluminum alloy material, and the jacket coating is the special PVC material. All these materials used in the Lead are able to resist rain, dust, snow and electric shock. The structure is very simple, and the installation is very convenient to operate. Our products are widely used to supply power for mobile equipment, such as mines, metallurgy, chemical industries, machinery, wharves and freight yards etc.

Features

Safety and reliability. Operator can contact our products with his fingers without concerns of being shot, and our products comply with the standards of IP23.

Energy saving property. Specially made aluminum alloy is employed as the conductor, so they are able to decrease the power loss to the largest extend.

Long service life. Special material of the conductor extends the service life of the slide guide line system.

Three-dimensional special movement of the collector. This feature is able to satisfy the continuous power supply of the power supply equipment; our products are designed as bi-insulation, which makes the operation safer and more reliable.

New material, new technology and new process. All these features supply a higher corrosion property, and weather resistance, a wider operation temperature scope, and a more reliable performance.

Inter-usage of light series ≤500A, heavy I series 630A to 1250A, heavy II series >1250, and jacket and fittings of the same series.

Composite design. This makes it convenient for assembly and maintenance, especially for aloft works.

使用在单极滑触线的相关配件有；集电器、靴片（触靴、碳刷、刀片）、检修段、动力输入件、接头护套、铝接头、端头护套、单孔固定夹/四孔固定夹、四孔提挂架/单孔提挂架、集电器支架、温度补偿器（膨胀段）、其中，需要额外付费的有集电器、检修段、温度补偿器（膨胀段）。

Single-pole conductor rail accessories include Collector, brushes, maintenance section, power input, joints jacket, aluminum fittings, end sheath, single hole fixing clip / four-hole fixing clips, four-hole carrying clip/ single hole carrying clip, collector bracket , temperature compensator (expansion section), extra fee includes collector, repair depot, temperature compensator (expansion section).

（1）滑触线需要多少米？

　　滑触线长度=车间长度×三线/四线（若是使用三相三线的滑线就乘以三，若是使用三相四线的滑线就乘以四）。

　　（2）滑触线根数=滑触线数量÷4.5/6（轻型滑触线是4.5m一根，重型滑触线长度是6米一根）

　　（3）集电器数量=行车数量×三线/四线（若是使用三相三线的滑线就乘以三，若是使用三相四线的滑线就乘以四）。

　　（4）集电器支架=行车数量=集电器数量÷线制

　　（5）铝接头=滑触线长度÷4.5/6

　　（6）接头护套数量=铝接头的数量

　　（7）轻型滑触线角钢支架=四孔提挂架=车间长度÷1.2/1.5（角钢支架一般轻型的滑触线是1.2m或1.5m一件，重型的滑触线上是3m一件）

　　（8）动力输入件=线制×供电数×跨数

　　（9）四孔固定夹；一跨2件

　　（10）重型滑触线角钢支架=车间长度÷2.4/3（重型滑触线上的角钢支架是2.4m或3m一件）

　　（11）单孔提挂架=角钢支架×线制（线制就是三相三线里的三线，三相四线里的四线）

　　（12）单孔固定夹=线制×2×跨数

　　（13）端头护套=线制×2×跨数
