The wiper blocks for round transitional spiral type rigid centralizer overlap with each other within 360 degree scope. This design provides maximum contact area between centralizer and borehole wall, and produces maximum whirlpool to the liquid, which helps to improve cementing quality. The small angel design of 30 degrees for the wiper blocks eliminates their scraping borehole wall and entering ground layer. The rigid centralizer is well cast by fine alloy aluminum, having rather high impact resistance and sufficient tensile strength and yield strength, and causing no damage to wellhead equipment while descending the centralizer.
