GWZ Vibro-fluidized Bed Dryer
Working Principle
Wet materials enter the vibro-fluidized bed dryer from feed inlet. Materials continuously do slung-up movement forward under the action of vibrating force. The hot air goes through the air distribution plate then through wet materials upward. Under the double action of vibrating force and thermal current, materials turn to be in suspension and fluidization state. Wet materials do a strong heat and mess transfer with hot air. Wet air is removed through cyclone and discharged from air outlet. Dried materials are discharged from feed outlet.
