The PKY series products offer high efficiency, very good thermal management and reliability. With optimized electrical topology and mechanical design, the PKY series products provide a cost efficient and robust solution for high power applications. The very high efficiency offers excellent thermal performance, facilitates low energy consumption and low total cost of ownership. The product is intended for RFPA solutions, provides very fast dynamic response and allows for a reduction in external filter components. The PKY series products are compatible with the RoHS directive and meet requirements for a high temperature lead-free soldering process.
