In December 2006, the electrical trade expects a great surprise: the powerful
Colour Touch Panel from JUNG will be launched onto the market. As part of the KNX
bus system, this control centre for optimum comfort and convenience offers all the
possibilities for making the control of complex functions in residential properties and
commercial buildings both simpler and safer in the future.
JUNG Colour Touch Panel
The innovative touch panel puts the user in the position of being able to
monitor and regulate the complete sequences involved in the management of
lighting, blinds and roller shutters, heating and air-conditioning systems, alarm
systems, signalling devices and audio components, all conveniently from a single
location. And indeed with navigation via a 5.7” TFT screen with a brilliant resolution
of 4096 colours, whereby 8 colour schemes are available for selection.

In addition to an accurate rendition of images and text, the monitor offers sufficient
space to depict an individual background – in the form of photos, graphics or ground
plans. The user interface can moreover be further optimised by retrieving drawings
or flow charts for example onto the screen. There is also the possibility of linking up
to 50 standard pages as required and accessing them directly. This clearly
simplifies navigation and scrolling via the menus. The programming of the panel is
carried out via the KNX or via the USB interface behind the frame which can be
accessed from the front without any problems.

The Colour Touch Panel can be installed both horizontally and vertically. In each case,
the installation only takes a matter of minutes. It takes somewhat longer to decide on
the appropriate decorative frame as each of the available alternatives has its own
particular charm. The range incorporates frames in the classic JUNG LS design in
the versions: anthracite with glass, stainless steel and aluminium. For purists who
prefer clear objectivity, there is also the industry version in universal anthracite.
