概念
　　氟碳铝单板简单的说是采用铝板经钣金成形后进行表面处理，氟碳喷涂而成的装饰铝板。
结构
　　氟碳铝单板主要由面板、加强筋、挂耳等组成，也可在面板背面加添隔热矿岩面。挂耳可直接由铝板折弯而成，也可在面板上用型材另外加装。在面板背面焊有螺栓、通过螺栓把加强筋和面板联系起来，形成一个牢固的结构，加强筋起到增加氟碳单板在长期使用中的抗风压特性和平整性。氟碳铝单板表面喷涂PVDF氟碳漆并经高温烘烤。
应用
　　幕墙、柱梁、阳台、隔板包饰、室内装饰、广告牌、车厢、家具、展台、仪器外壳、仪表板等。
　　表面涂层及颜色
　　氟碳铝单板的表面一般喷涂氟碳树脂（PVDF）涂层，具有极其优良的耐候性、耐腐蚀性和抗粉化性。
　　氟碳铝板的颜色决定于表面涂层的颜色。在确定氟碳铝单板的颜色时，客户可直接选用本公司提供的标准色，也可以另外提供色样，指定其他颜色。
形状
　　氟碳铝单板按形状可分为一般平板和异形板，能够制成多种造型时氟碳铝单板的显著优点。
