立式自动中空玻璃板压生产线LBP1800

功能特点：

1.整机电气用PLC可编程序控制器、采用proface触摸屏，操作方便，动态显示设备运转及故障情况，变频器、接近开关、按钮开关、旋钮开关、指示灯均采用进口元件。

2.自动启动、自动待机、停机功能：当有玻璃进入生产线后，清洗传送、水泵毛刷、风机、检查灯、检查传送、覆片传送、玻璃定位、铝框定位、平压传送、辊压程序执行、翻转台传送、玻璃翻转等均按照玻璃所到位置自动启动，当在设定时间内无工作要求时，以上工作状态部位将依次逐步停机，处于待机状态，当有工作要求时会自动执行以上程序。

3.清洗传送机构上置功能：为避免设备在使用过程中漏水情况，本公司将清洗段传送机构移到清洗室顶部，解决了清洗底部开孔密封漏水问题。

4.风干室托轮传送功能：传统结构为采用多道辊轮夹紧方式驱动玻璃离开干燥室，容易使玻璃表面出现夹痕，本公司采用托轮结构，使玻璃边沿在传送机构上传送，无夹痕。

5.玻璃清洁度检查功能：通过深蓝色背景与白色日光灯的结合，方便玻璃表面的清洁度检查。

6.清洗传送脚踏控制与手动控制同时进行：在玻璃清洁度和故障处理过程中，旋动传送进退开关可使清洗传送正转、反转或停止。或踩踏脚踏开关也可使清洗传送停止，工作及其方便、灵活。

7.覆片段自动玻璃定位、铝框定位功能：玻璃进入覆片段后，玻璃定位、铝框定位有自动定位功能，操作及其简单。

8.平压程序自动执行功能：在玻璃平压过程中，根据玻璃两端与中间铝框长短不同所受力不一样的分布特点，平压段自动执行前后边沿玻璃传送自动停止程序，加长中空玻璃两端平压时间功能，使玻璃四个边框挤压厚度均匀。

9.自动与手动玻璃翻转功能：在玻璃较大情况下，为方便搬运，可将翻转段置为自动档，当玻璃进入翻转段后，玻璃自动翻转，可很方便地将玻璃推移至旋转涂胶台涂双组份胶。当玻璃离开翻转台面后，翻转台可自动回位。在玻璃较小的情况下，为提高工作效率，可将翻转段置为手动档，玻璃进入翻转段后，玻璃不翻转，当需要翻转时，踩一次脚踏开关，玻璃即可翻转，再踩一次，玻璃翻转台又可回位，交替工作。

10.根据季节变化，可自动执行清洗水加热功能：由于冬季水温低或在结冰状态下，无法进行正常生产，本生产线具备每年9月至次年4月执行水温自动衡温加热功能。此功能还可在人机界面中进行执行或取消功能。

11.人机界面监控功能：通过触摸式人机界面，可灵活方便地操作、调试整条生产线，同时可以修改各种客户参数，监控设备的运行情况。
