钨极(钨棒,钨针,钨电极) TIG Tungsten Inert-Gas Welding is supplemented by the welding of especially superior material, such as:
· Corrosion-, acid- and heat resistant steels
· Aluminium and aluminium alloy
· Magnesium and magnesium alloy
· Titanium and titanium alloy
· High melting materials
During TIG-welding the arc burns between the not melting tungsten electrode and the work-piece. The melting welding piece is protected against the surrounding atmosphere by inert gases.
In spite of the very high temperatures around the electrode tip, the electrode cannot melt. Tungsten suits all requirements in an ideal manner, due to the high melting point of 3410°C. Know-how and experience concerning manufacturing process and the exact compliance of sintering temperature, time and inert gas unit form the guarantor for excellent quality of the electrodes.
Aquality featuring through:
· easily ignitable
· arc stability
· low burn-off
· high up-time Our manufacturing program includes standardised tungsten electrodes for almost all welding technological duties, as well as for d. c. welding and for a. c. welding. 上海航蒙五金机电有限公司
